Application of this Document
This document sets out the terms that apply to Professional Services set out in an Order and together with the Cloud and Hosting Service Schedule, Dictionary, Orders, Acceptable Use Policy and other applicable documents such as Service Level Guarantees, constitutes our Agreement.
1. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
1.1 We agree to provide you the Professional Services as described in the applicable Statement of Work.
2. LIABILITY
2.1 Subject to applicable law, we exclude all Liability to you in relation to the Professional Services.
3. DEFINITIONS
3.1 Unless otherwise specified, all terms in capital letters in this document have the meaning set out in the Dictionary available on our Website.
3.2 The following are additional definitions within this document:
(a) Cloud and Hosting Services Schedule means Schedule 4 to our Trading Terms, located at https://macquarietechnologygroup.com/service-agreements/
(b) Professional Services has the meaning given in the Cloud and Hosting Services Schedule.
